CEUs approved for social work, psychology and juvenile court officers. CLE’s approved for legal/judges. Post pending for law enforcement.

Kayla Kershaw
Kayla Kershaw is a Child Protection Supervisor at the Burleigh County Human Service Zone. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Minot State University in 2011. During her internship, she worked with the Police Youth Bureau in Bismarck where she developed an interest in working with youth and their families in our community. She spent the first part of her professional career working with individuals who experienced varying levels of physical, cognitive, and intellectual abilities. Tapping back into working with children and families, she started out as a Foster Care Case Manager at the zone in 2018. Kayla transitioned to Child Protection in 2020 and has been a supervisor for about a year and a half. She enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with family and friends, and she cuddles with her furbabies.
